MISSION: PITTSBURGH
Mission: Pittsburgh aims to connect people, communities, and businesses so that they may receive care, food, and support as well as give it. We want to connect community and individual needs to a source of overflow, as well as the opportunity to experience the joy that comes with giving. Relationship is the key to pulling through, and we’re here to help.
MISSION: PERU EDU
Led by Samuel and Melissa Bardales in the country of Peru.

After having spent several years working with underprivileged kids, they began to see the effects of the lack of a safe space for these kids to transition from childhood to adulthood. The majority of help is often focused on children, but when they reach the age of adulthood, there is little focus on giving them the foundation, as young adults, to be successful in this new stage of their life. Thus, the mission, “Construyendo Bases,” (“Building Foundations”) was born. The vision is to change the future of young adults lives by creating a space where young adults who don’t otherwise have it, can receive the foundation they need to successfully transition into adult life through a live-in mentorship program. Take a look at our Mission: Peru EDU page to read more and found out how YOU can get involved!
MISSION: PERU OLLA COMUN
Led by Samuel and Melissa Bardales in the country of Peru. The outskirts of Lima are filled with low-income communities of families. These kitchens are run by women who serve hundreds of their neighbors every week. The structures in which they cook and serve are primitive and in need of repair to create a healthy, clean space for the community to gather for meals. The Mission Co aspires to bring each kitchen up to a standard that improves the neighborhoods surrounding Lima.
I love being a part of The Collective because I'm able to see the way my donation dollars are being used. The Mission Co does a great job keeping me up to date on whats happening within the organization. Knowing that I'm helping the community that I live in is exciting and such a great real-life connection.

THE MISSION CO IS THE MISSING LINK
The Mission Co. is a non-profit missions organization in Pittsburgh, PA, founded by Mike and Ariana Rebich.
After years of working with non-profits, Mike and Ari noticed that there was a missing link between resources and people in need of those resources. This observation is the reason why The Mission Co. exists today! The main goal of The Mission Co. is to serve as the bridge between suppliers and the communities in need. So many people have generous hearts and want to make a difference in communities here in Pittsburgh and around the world, but knowing where to give support is sometimes difficult. The Mission Co.’s goal is to build connections from our generous partners to real people with real needs both locally and globally.
WE HOPE YOU FEEL EMPOWERED AND ENCOURAGED THAT YOU ARE ACTIVELY PROVIDING REAL CHANGE.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. If you have made it this far, you are at least considering making a donation to change someone’s life. You are trusting us to do that and we never take that responsibility lightly. Whether you choose to give a one-time gift, or join The Collective, our commitment is to keep you involved as a donor with all that is going on. We always want to be 100% transparent with what we are doing and how we are doing it!
